The board approved swapping the playground and dog park locations, along with a community noticeboard. Implementation dates have not been announced.

Secure Management’s service ends October 31, 2026. Reedy, Ballard & Co., P.C. begins bookkeeping November 1. The board will handle the remaining management responsibilities. Shawn Neu is retained for landscaping.
